Senior Backend Developer (all genders)

• Design and develop scalable microservices for the Assetpilot platform using Kotlin and Spring Boot.
• Build robust RESTful APIs and implement high-performance data processing pipelines for real-time asset monitoring.
• Optimize MongoDB schemas and aggregation pipelines, and create reliable integration services for IoT devices and external systems.
• Ensure backend services meet performance, reliability, and security requirements while collaborating with frontend developers and the Full Stack team lead.

This role directly contributes to the renewable energy revolution by building the backend systems that power next-generation renewable energy management solutions, enabling efficient monitoring and management of thousands of renewable energy assets.

• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years in backend development with enterprise applications.
• Expert-level proficiency with Kotlin/Java and Spring ecosystem.
• Strong experience with RESTful services, API design, MongoDB, microservices, Kubernetes, Kafka, and CI/CD.
