(Senior) B2C Product Manager (all genders)

• Lead two product teams responsible for logic, algorithms, and grid compliance topics, serving as the strategic anchor for the core intelligence that powers the platform.
• Champion user value and experience by translating backend complexity into frontend simplicity, ensuring an intuitive product despite technical complexity.
• Drive engagement through continuous discovery, working with user research and engineering/design counterparts to identify new opportunities and maximize user savings.
• Empower B2B partners by maintaining the app API, monitoring their development, and consulting them on effective end-user journeys.

By enabling users to control and monitor their Home Energy Management Systems, this role empowers B2B partners and drives direct value for thousands of users, contributing to the redefinition of how people interact with green energy.

• B2C native with deep experience in B2C product management, specifically in mobile app development and customer journey mapping.
• 5+ years of proven track record as a Product Manager, capable of managing two cross-functional teams simultaneously in a Product Trio setup.
• Master of complexity with experience managing products with heavy technical logic or algorithmic cores, understanding that core value creation happens behind the UI.
• Strong understanding of HEMS (Home Energy Management Systems), energy algorithms, and grid compliance, able to discuss technical and regulatory constraints.
