Senior Audience Program Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Lead development of strategy and analysis of audience segmentation and donor lifecycle marketing across Earthjustice's digital fundraising program
• Develop and optimize multi-channel engagement strategies that deepen donor relationships and increase long-term value across Sustainer, Justice Partner, and one-time donor audiences
• Design and implement data-driven strategies that increase retention, deepen engagement, and maximize lifetime value across online and offline channels
• Establish short and long-term goals and evaluation process for KPIs across donor acquisition, retention, and upgrades

This role supports Earthjustice's mission to protect people's health, preserve magnificent places and wildlife, advance clean energy, and combat climate change by developing strategies that deepen donor relationships and increase funding for environmental legal work.

Required skills and qualifications:

• 5+ years relevant experience required
• Strong knowledge of CRM software and marketing technology is required, such as EveryAction or Engaging Networks
• Demonstrated proficiency with Excel for reporting and data management
• Proven ability to translate complex issues into compelling, accessible communications
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple deadlines, and respond quickly to new opportunities and developments
• Ability to work collaboratively with other staff to meet shared cross-team goals
