Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate to join our Supply Chain M&E – Delivery Unit team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the team in the delivery of supply chain management and monitoring and evaluation activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the team in the delivery of supply chain management and monitoring and evaluation activities
• Conduct research and analysis to inform supply chain management and monitoring and evaluation decisions
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and internal teams
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements
• Provide support to the team in the development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation plans
• Conduct monitoring and evaluation activities, including data collection and analysis
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track progress and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement solutions to supply chain management and monitoring and evaluation challenges

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. supply chain management, business administration, international development)
• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management and monitoring and evaluation
• Strong understanding of supply chain management and monitoring and evaluation principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. supply chain management, business administration, international development)
• 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management and monitoring and evaluation
• Strong understanding of supply chain management and monitoring and evaluation principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
