Senior Associate, Strategic Planning

• Support management of assets by turning strategic plans into actionable market-level moves, coordinating with global teams to ensure timely execution and alignment with local needs.
• Lead and support cross-functional projects with Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Local Operations, etc. to ensure smooth allocation processes, especially during peak season or market launches.
• Partner with Finance and Ops teams to support annual planning, budget forecasting, and optimal allocation across North America, Asia, Australia/New Zealand markets.
• Use data to drive decision-making, developing models and tools to optimize resource allocation based on performance, growth, and efficiency.

This role enables Lime to scale its shared micromobility services globally, reducing reliance on cars and cutting carbon emissions, while making transportation more affordable and accessible in cities worldwide.

• 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, strategy and operations, project management roles, or related experience; experience at an early-stage or high-growth company is a plus.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects from planning through execution, with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Exceptional Excel / Google Sheets / data management skills required; SQL and dashboard creation proficiency a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree is a plus.
