Senior Associate Strategic Planning

• Own the regional fleet allocation engine: build, maintain, and improve models and decision frameworks for fleet allocation.
• Build decision infrastructure: develop dashboards, trackers, datasets, and reports for fleet visibility.
• Model scenarios and trade-offs: quantify allocation options across demand, utilization, revenue, ROI, and constraints.
• Turn data into recommendations: translate complex inputs into clear recommendations for leadership and local teams.

This role directly contributes to Lime's mission of building a future where transportation is shared, affordable, and carbon-free by optimizing fleet allocation to maximize ridership and reduce emissions.

• 2–4 years of experience in strategy and operations, business intelligence, consulting, or similar analytical role.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data management skills; SQL and dashboard-building experience required.
• Data-driven judgment: ability to turn messy data into clear recommendations and trade-off decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience required.
