Senior Associate, Philanthropic Partnerships

The Senior Associate, Philanthropic Partnerships plays a critical role in ClimateWorks Foundation's fundraising efforts by supporting donor activities with a focus on reporting deliverables and program content curation.

• Lead collection and preparation of content for donor reporting deliverables by collaborating across departments (Programs, Finance, Strategy, Learning and Impact)
• Collect and curate program content in "information banks" to support efficient development of reporting deliverables
• Review incoming grant agreements for accuracy and alignment with proposals, facilitating internal review and approval processes
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments and all organizational levels to advance fundraising goals

This role supports ClimateWorks Foundation's mission to end the climate crisis by amplifying philanthropic power, helping secure funding that drives climate progress through strategic partnerships and effective grant management.

• 5 years' professional work experience with at least 2 years in grant/report writing in a non-profit setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to work across departments and organizational levels
• Solid project management skills with ability to collaborate across teams to meet deadline-driven deliverables
• Demonstrated ability to gather and synthesize information to produce high-quality, compelling reports and materials
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects
• Experience with customer relationship management systems such as Salesforce
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with previous knowledge of climate/environmental issues preferred
