Senior Associate, Membership

• Strengthen member value and engagement by developing and maintaining relationships with Advance CTE members, serving as a support, resource, and connector.
• Respond to member inquiries and research requests, synthesizing information and connecting members with relevant resources.
• Coordinate and improve professional learning opportunities (in-person and virtual) aligned with strategic priorities.
• Support membership operations, including audits, dues renewal, and the member platform/resource hub.

This role directly supports state CTE leaders in improving career and technical education, thereby enhancing workforce development and economic opportunities for students and communities.

• Minimum of two to five years of related experience.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking.

Salary range: $68,000-$82,500.
