Mission
What you will drive
- Manage invoicing, expense reimbursements, accounts payable/receivable, and contracts with partners, fellows, and vendors.
- Support grant administration, financial policy documentation, and budget tracking for events.
- Oversee operational recordkeeping, hiring paperwork, and compliance with c3/c4 cost-sharing.
- Coordinate staff retreats, virtual events, and board meetings, providing logistical support.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years relevant experience (or 4+ years without degree).
- Experience in operations roles, preferably in nonprofit research or advocacy.
- Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and accounting/database platforms.
