Senior Associate Director, Programs
About the Role
The Senior Associate Director, Programs is a key member of the Programs team, responsible for leading the development and implementation of programs that advance the organization's mission. This role will work closely with the Programs team, as well as other departments, to ensure that programs are aligned with the organization's strategic goals and are delivered in a timely and effective manner.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of programs that advance the organization's mission
- Collaborate with the Programs team and other departments to ensure that programs are aligned with the organization's strategic goals
- Work with stakeholders to identify program needs and develop program plans
- Manage program budgets and ensure that programs are delivered within budget
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in program development and implementation
- Proven track record of leading programs that have achieved significant results
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a related field
- Experience working in a non-profit or educational setting
- Familiarity with program evaluation and assessment methods
