Corporate Development, Senior Associate

Last Energy seeks a sharp finance professional to support evaluation and execution of strategic transactions and special projects. This role will work on M&A deals, debt offerings, JV agreements, project finance, sales channel partnerships, and other high-impact initiatives alongside our VP of Corporate Development. These bespoke finance-oriented projects will require both modeling expertise and sharp judgment to identify edge-case risks and structure favorable terms.

This role supports strategic transactions and special projects that advance Last Energy's mission to provide clean, reliable power infrastructure, contributing to climate solutions through energy innovation.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience, with 2+ years in investment banking (M&A, capital markets)
• Post-banking experience in private equity, corporate development, or startup (1-2 years preferred)
• Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
