Mission

What you will drive

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on integrated resource planning, demand flexibility, large loads, or regulatory processes within project teams.
  • Independently scope and execute multiple small projects or workstreams in parallel across research, technical assistance, and workshop design/facilitation.
  • Lead development of research, insights, and recommendations to support regulatory and planning decisions, synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Design and facilitate workshops, meetings, and convenings with electricity sector stakeholders.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Advanced degree in engineering, economics, computer science, or mathematics.
  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience in utility regulation, utility strategy, climate/energy advocacy, policy, law, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated track record in project-based work environment with significant work products on relevant topics.
  • Excellent writing, verbal communication, and collaboration skills.

Salary range: $84,000-$103,000 annually (USD). Annual bonus target of 5% and eligibility for merit-based increases.
