Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Support the Senior Manager, Chapter Onboarding & Education to onboard and educate chapters in the Foundation phase in mental health advocacy and mobilization, including administration and logistics of trainings, data quality assurance and analytics, providing technical assistance, and administering and preparing reports.
  • Support the Senior Manager, Chapter Onboarding & Education to provide chapters in the Activated phase with tools, resources, and technical assistance to enhance peer-to-peer education, including similar administrative and logistical support.
  • Register and onboard chapters by owning, executing, and improving registration practices in Salesforce, delivering comprehensive onboarding materials, and providing follow-up to normalize best practices and support implementation.
  • Ensure data is clean and accurate on a regular basis, engage in data analytics to understand trends and key metrics, and support program equity goals through resource dissemination to foster inclusive spaces.

  • Understanding the positive impacts of strong onboarding of people and chapters.
  • Baseline knowledge of, or experience with, mental health as a field.
  • Experience supporting programs and/or designing training programs centering youth and young adults in schools and communities.
  • A collaborative approach and team-oriented style, able to build strategic relationships and achieve common goals, with a belief that equity and social justice are important.
