Mission

What you will drive

  • Conduct research and analysis on building electrification, utility regulation, energy policy, and decarbonization strategies.
  • Lead discrete projects and workstreams from design through execution, including developing workplans, managing timelines, and coordinating contributors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with policymakers, utility regulators, advocates, utilities, and industry representatives.
  • Contribute to the development of policy strategies that advance building electrification in priority states and regions.

What makes you a great fit

  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience in energy policy, climate policy, utility regulation, building decarbonization, or related fields.

  • Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
