Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Evaluate potential equity and/or debt investments in operating companies that provide measurable impact alongside financial return
  • Conduct due diligence, underwriting, and closing of various transaction types including subordinated debt, senior debt, venture capital, and growth equity
  • Prepare financial models and craft investment presentations for internal committee approval
  • Conduct portfolio-company monitoring and value-added activities including quarterly reviews, board calls, and follow-on investments

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management Science or closely related field
  • 2 years of experience in finance, investment banking, private equity or closely related field
  • Experience preparing financial models, investment memorandums, and pitching to investment committees
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and financial statement analysis
