Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Evaluate potential equity and/or debt investments in operating companies that provide measurable impact alongside financial return
- Conduct due diligence, underwriting, and closing of various transaction types including subordinated debt, senior debt, venture capital, and growth equity
- Prepare financial models and craft investment presentations for internal committee approval
- Conduct portfolio-company monitoring and value-added activities including quarterly reviews, board calls, and follow-on investments

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management Science or closely related field
- 2 years of experience in finance, investment banking, private equity or closely related field
- Experience preparing financial models, investment memorandums, and pitching to investment committees
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and financial statement analysis
