Senior Associate

Core responsibilities:

• Evaluate potential equity and/or debt investments in operating companies that provide measurable impact alongside financial return
• Conduct due diligence, underwriting, and closing of various transaction types including subordinated debt, senior debt, venture capital, and growth equity
• Prepare financial models and craft investment presentations for internal committee approval
• Conduct portfolio-company monitoring and value-added activities including quarterly reviews, board calls, and follow-on investments

This role creates positive change by evaluating investments in operating companies that provide measurable impact alongside financial return, focusing on economic development programs like New Market Tax Credits, Solar, Rural Jobs & Investments Act, and capturing investment impact and job data.

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management Science or closely related field
• 2 years of experience in finance, investment banking, private equity or closely related field
• Experience preparing financial models, investment memorandums, and pitching to investment committees
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and financial statement analysis

Compensation: $155,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
