Senior Architect (all genders)

• Design the GROPYUS building system and enable project realization by connecting physical and digital products and processes
• Implement state-of-the-art architectural and technical solutions in timber residential building products
• Coordinate with design disciplines like Engineering, MEP, Building Physics, Acoustics, Fire Protection, and Energy Design
• Contribute to the improvement of the Digital Value Chain in collaboration with Product and Technology Teams

This role contributes to creating sustainable, affordable, and aspirational buildings for everyone through modular construction and smart living standards, helping to conserve planetary resources while building for people.

• 3+ years of project development experience in stage LP5 in Germany
• Experience in residential buildings of building class 4 and/or 5
• Proficiency in relevant German regulations and codes
• Experience in timber construction and Revit (AutoCAD and Rhino experience is a plus)
• Fluent German and English skills
