Senior Analyst, Strategy & Analytics

Core responsibilities:

• Model Network Expansion Tradeoffs and translate throughput, utilization, congestion, tariff exposure, and site friction into actionable planning frameworks
• Support Strategic Deployment Plans & Drive Cross-Functional Intelligence by contributing to design of annual/quarterly build plans and identifying opportunities and risks
• Support and Develop Data Infrastructure Environment including developing consistent data analysis on competitor landscape and utilizing cutting edge agentic models
• Help build a more adaptive understanding of "market demand" beyond traditional top-down market sizing approaches

This role helps expedite the mass adoption of electric vehicles by shaping the future of EV fast charging networks, contributing to a more convenient, reliable, and affordable EV charging infrastructure that delivers fast charging to everyone.

Required qualifications:

• BA/BS Degree
• 3–5 years of experience in EV infrastructure, logistics, utility/energy planning, urban systems, large-scale operations, infrastructure finance or operations research
• Analytical rigor and practical fluency in SQL/Snowflake, Python, spatial data (e.g., GIS), and Excel modeling
• Strong communication instincts to reduce complexity into clean frameworks and briefings for executives

For job positions in CA, CO, and NYC, the estimated salary range is $110,000 USD to $145,000 USD. In addition to a competitive base salary, discretionary target cash bonus, and restricted stock units (subject to Board Approval).
