Senior Analyst, Investments

• Build, maintain, and stress-test sophisticated financial models for data center developments and investments across the full project lifecycle.
• Drive capital raising by preparing financial model components for roadshow decks, managing investor data rooms, and executing closing models.
• Own preparation of investment reporting materials for internal leadership, Board of Directors, and external institutional JV partners.
• Track active development projects with budget vs. actual analysis, milestone tracking, and variance commentary.

• 2–4 years in real estate investment, corporate development, or infrastructure finance (ideally at an investment bank, REIT, developer, or institutional investor).
• Advanced Excel skills; ability to build models from scratch and model complex partnership waterfalls.
• Experience with data center, industrial, or infrastructure asset classes strongly preferred.
• Elite slide/deck skills to translate dense financial data into executive-ready presentations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering).

Compensation range: $110,000 - $132,000 + Bonus.
