Mission
What you will drive
This role is responsible for two key areas: People Analytics and Equity Administration.
- Develop and deliver data-driven people analytics and insights, recommending action based on data trends including turnover, retention, compensation, benefits, employee engagement, performance, and retirement.
- Manage all equity administration, including tracking grants, vesting schedules, forfeitures, share availability, proxy support, and award agreements through X-energy's Stock Administration Platform.
- Work collaboratively with HR leadership to centralize HR data collection and analysis, developing solutions to deliver high-quality data analysis in a timely fashion.
- Build relationships with IT to coordinate data management capability, access, and deployment, and work with HRBPs to develop standard data reports and respond to ad-hoc requests.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; Master's Degree a plus.
- 3+ years in Stock Administration for a public company required, preferably utilizing either Fidelity or Morgan Stanley stock administration platforms.
- Experience as a compensation or financial analyst is desirable.
- Excel and PowerPoint expert level preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with some ambiguity and multiple priorities.
