Mission

What you will drive

The FP&A Sr Analyst's duties will include:

  • Maintenance and support for existing ecosystem of Power BI models/reports used to explain and display financial variances
  • Development of new Power BI models/reports with range of audiences including finance, operations and commercial teams as well as company executives
  • Ownership of budgeting and forecasting tool Anaplan. Maintain system data and processes that allow users to accurately budget and forecast for growing fleet of 500+ sites
  • Collaborate with members of the broader FP&A team to understand pain points with current processes and reporting, help to research and implement solutions
  • Partner with internal teams to promote and enhance data visibility
  • Support with ad hoc and routine data requests, analysis and reporting

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Desired Skills and Expertise:

  • 3+ years' experience in maintaining and enhancing enterprise-level data infrastructure
  • Experience creating and maintaining Power BI data models & reporting
  • Experience with BPC, Anaplan or a similar planning tool
  • Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) including experience with financial reporting, forecasting and analysis across the income statement, balance sheet and statement of cash flows
  • Ability to work effectively with accounting systems and data, SAP preferred
  • Experience with complex models in Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English

Education:

  • Bachelor's in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field

The expected salary for this position is between $85,000 and $102,000 annually.
