Mission
What you will drive
- Develop Route & Speed Optimization solutions, including improving existing algorithms and deploying new ones
- Investigate completed voyages that raised customer concerns, justify optimization pipeline behavior, and plan improvements
- Conduct algorithm evaluation through developing internal tools for savings analysis and delivering research reports
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams including product owners, naval experts, and MLOps engineers to understand business needs

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
- Proven expertise in designing, developing and deploying optimization algorithms to production
- 2+ years of Python experience and industrial experience with low-level programming languages like Rust, C++ or C
- Proven expertise in Combinatorial Optimization with emphasis on graph methods and shortest path problems
