Senior AI Engineer

• Architect and implement complex, multi-agent orchestration frameworks and sophisticated AI Agents that autonomously handle business and scientific workflows
• Design and build core internal developer platforms and shared libraries that standardize agent deployment with built-in security and governance
• Drive strategy for autonomous operations and infrastructure-as-code, engineering self-healing systems with minimal human intervention
• Establish observability standards (LLMOps) to debug non-deterministic AI behaviors and prevent recurrence of failure modes

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with focus on distributed systems, platform engineering, and architecting production-grade AI solutions
• Mastery of Python and modern software design principles
• Comprehensive command of GenAI stack including advanced RAG strategies, vector store architecture, and memory management for stateful agents
• Expert-level understanding of API design and middleware strategies for secure AI agent integration

Estimated annual base range: $112,300 to $163,800. Eligible for annual bonus and equity compensation, plus comprehensive benefits package. Office-based hybrid role with at least 50% in-office work.
