Senior AI Engineer

Core responsibilities:

• Architect and implement complex, multi-agent orchestration frameworks and sophisticated AI Agents that autonomously handle business and scientific workflows
• Design and build core internal developer platforms and shared libraries that standardize agent deployment with built-in security and governance
• Drive strategy for autonomous operations and infrastructure-as-code, engineering self-healing systems with minimal human intervention
• Establish observability standards (LLMOps) to debug non-deterministic AI behaviors and prevent recurrence of failure modes

This role creates positive change by designing AI systems that decode biology to radically improve lives, advancing the future of medicine through technology that can fundamentally restructure workflows and drive operational velocity in the TechBio space.

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with focus on distributed systems, platform engineering, and production-grade AI solutions
• Mastery of Python and modern software design principles
• Comprehensive command of GenAI stack including advanced RAG strategies, vector store architecture, and memory management
• Expert-level understanding of API design and middleware strategies for secure AI agent integration
• Deep experience with LLMOps, observability, evaluation frameworks, and debugging asynchronous agent workflows

Compensation and benefits:

• Estimated annual base salary range: $112,300 to $163,800
