Senior AI Business Process Engineer

As a Senior Business Process Engineer on the Data Solutions Team, you will be responsible for:

• Rethinking and redesigning core business processes to enable automation and AI adoption
• Modeling, deploying, and driving adoption of redesigned processes that are scalable and AI-ready
• Leading process discovery workshops, building improvement backlogs, and guiding initiatives from concept to execution
• Establishing feedback loops by monitoring implemented processes and adjusting as needed

Required qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years in process engineering, BPM, or process optimization
• Deep expertise in BPMN 2.0 and DMN modeling and process redesign
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying BPMN/DMN directly in Camunda 8 (Zeebee)
• Working knowledge of data modeling principles and ability to collaborate effectively with data engineers and analysts
• Proven track record of successful automation and agentic AI deliverables

Hiring Salary Range: $138,000 - $189,000 plus bonus target.
