Senior Advisory Consultant

Core responsibilities:

• Consult clients on ESG and sustainability data readiness, leading to the development of data strategies, governance frameworks and modernization roadmaps
• Design ESG data foundations including data collection, mapping, storage, reporting and dashboarding
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements; map these to best-fit ESG/HSE digital solutions
• Facilitate workshops to embed a data-first culture and co-create innovative ESG solutions with clients

This role helps organizations implement effective ESG and sustainability data strategies and digital solutions, enabling better environmental management and compliance with climate regulations.

Required qualifications:

• MBA from Tier 2/3 institute or equivalent postgraduate degree; Bachelor's in Environmental Science, Sustainability, MIS, IT, or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in ESG, Sustainability, Climate, or HSE domains
• Prior experience in management consulting (Big 4 or Tier 2 firms preferred)
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and project management skills; ability to work independently in dynamic environments
