Senior Advancement Director, Carolinas Chapter

Core responsibilities:

• Lead the Carolinas Chapter, implementing revenue development and mission delivery strategies to advance the Parkinson's Foundation's goals
• Achieve targeted revenue metrics through fundraising events, corporate development, individual giving, and Ambassador/board development
• Develop, manage, and oversee the Chapter budget and long-term strategy for sustained revenue growth
• Cultivate community partnerships and alliances to promote growth and awareness of Parkinson's Foundation services

This role makes life better for people with Parkinson's disease by improving care and advancing research toward a cure through strategic fundraising and community engagement across North and South Carolina.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 7 years of experience in fundraising or compensatory experience, preferably within a healthcare non-profit organization
• Demonstrated track record of successful fundraising including special events, corporate/foundation giving, donor cultivation and recognition
• Proven skills in strategic planning, budgeting, and volunteer development with experience managing high-performing teams
• Strong computer skills with MS Office suite, proficiency in Raiser's Edge NXT is a plus

Salary range: $75,000-$85,000 with competitive compensation based on prior experience. Comprehensive benefits package included.
