Senior Administrative Associate, Reproductive Rights

Core responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Director of Reproductive Rights and the Reproductive Rights team by managing calendars, coordinating travel, and overseeing meeting and event logistics
• Manage and submit precise monthly expense reports, track program budgets, and produce outcomes and impact metrics for funder reports
• Support Reproductive Rights team operations by preparing agendas, capturing notes, tracking action items, and maintaining accurate program data
• Take ownership of the bi-weekly RFLC newsletter by collecting content, designing graphics, and distributing through email platforms

This role advances SiX's mission by strengthening internal systems, supporting data-informed decision-making, and enhancing cross-team collaboration to deepen engagement across the reproductive rights ecosystem and help progressive state legislators build and wield governing power.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Strong experience with Asana and other project management systems for task management and cross-team accountability
• Advanced Google Workspace skills for building spreadsheets, budget trackers, and reporting dashboards
• Experience with legislative information systems such as Quorum for research, data tracking, and program implementation
• Familiarity with Slack for internal communication and platforms like EveryAction or Mailchimp for email distribution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
