Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage accounts receivables, allocate payments to correct accounts, and communicate with clients and stakeholders
  • Run Accounts Receivable Aging reports, investigate invoicing errors, and coordinate with Billing Department for corrections
  • Perform monthly reconciliation and maintain strong client relationships through diligent account management
  • Support financial transactions and systems by reconciling payments and customer accounts in a timely manner

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills and understanding of basic finance, accounting, and bookkeeping principles
  • Superb time management, detail orientation, and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, other ERP systems, and Excel
  • Associate's degree or equivalent and 10+ years of experience in accounts receivable or accounts payable
