Mission
What you will drive
- Manage the accounting and budget processes for a non-profit membership organization, including financial accounting, reporting, and accounts payable.
- Oversee quarter-end closing, prepare quarterly financial statements, and serve as liaison with external auditors and tax accountants.
- Handle bi-weekly payroll processing, fixed asset accounting, and annual budget creation in conjunction with CEO/COO.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree in accounting or finance with 5-7 years of experience.
- Direct experience with financial statement preparation, reporting, policies, procedures, payables, receivables, taxes, and audits, preferably in a non-profit association.
- Hands-on experience in budget development and fiscal compliance, with ability to manage projects and meet deadlines.
- Working knowledge of computerized accounting systems (Microsoft Business Central preferred), payroll systems, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and AMS systems.
