Senior Account Manager

• Drive portfolio growth by owning account strategy and performance for largest corporate accounts, executing yearly plans to maximize scheme penetration
• Act as strategic thought leader by consulting with senior stakeholders to architect long-term EV benefit strategies and translate customer objectives into joint opportunities
• Own smooth account running by personally tackling client escalations, navigating internal roadblocks, and ensuring flawless day-to-day operations
• Ensure strategic account integrity by taking full ownership of long-term account health, designing risk mitigation strategies, and maintaining maximum scheme participation

• Deep commercial experience with 6+ years in strategic account management or relevant commercial role, ideally within B2B2C environment
• Advanced commercial acumen with financial literacy and proven ability to lead negotiations with senior finance and procurement stakeholders
• Executive-level partnership skills with demonstrated maturity and gravitas for building deep, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
• Complex problem solving ability to operate with autonomy and design robust solutions for commercial or operational challenges
• Scale-up mindset with ability to thrive in fast-moving environment, handle ambiguity, and proactively shape internal processes
