Senior Account Manager - DACH & BeNeLux

• Develop operational solutions for dedicated accounts, to reduce cost and improve operational efficiencies, including upsell
• Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance of service level agreements
• Communicate with customer managers and report key performance indicators
• Secure budget adherence and invoice approval
• Ensure price adjustments, for example annual indexations

This role helps transform road freight through digital, electric and autonomous technologies, enabling businesses worldwide to accelerate towards their sustainability goals by reducing emissions and improving efficiency in transportation.

• Have several years of experience in a relevant business area with hands-on experience in road transport or logistics
• Have experience from customer-facing roles, preferably with profit and loss responsibility
• Have a proven ability to build strong client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Have a demonstrated track record of delivering individual business/operational improvement initiatives
• Be independent and confident in acting, prioritizing and making decisions
• Be fluent in English, German and Dutch

This is a full-time remote position based anywhere in DACH or BeNeLux region.
