Core responsibilities:
- Support seed networks across southern or western England through training, mentoring, and routes to market
- Engage with groups and individuals through events, workshops, and talks
- Collaborate with the Seed Sovereignty Programme team remotely to share best practices and develop national delivery
- Support the design, organization, and delivery of training sessions and workshops for diverse participants

Required skills and qualifications:
- Understanding of agroecology, small-scale seed production, seed sovereignty, and open-pollinated varieties
- Experience with seed saving and agroecological seed systems
- Confident with social media, websites, and online working platforms for communication
- Strong written communication skills for blogs, social media posts, and funding reports
- Ability to build strong, respectful relationships and work collaboratively
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously while valuing collective strength
