Security Operations Specialist

Core responsibilities include:

• Security administration across BAU and projects—vulnerability assessment/management, approvals, and investigations
• Incident identification, investigation and response, including phishing
• Monitoring and tuning operational security systems (e.g., SIEM/SOAR)
• Contributing to reviews of business solutions, risk identification and secure‑by‑design practices
• Documentation, security awareness uplift and reporting of key security metrics

This role keeps the lights on, data safe, and enables people to move fast by ensuring security operations don't sit on the sidelines but actively protect critical infrastructure and business operations.

Required skills and experience:

• Security operations mindset and fundamentals
• Experience with security administration, incident response, and vulnerability management
• Ability to work across business functions and guide security decisions
• Willingness to learn tools like MS Sentinel, Netskope, CrowdStrike or equivalents
