Security Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of corporate and field security across offices, construction sites, and operational facilities
• Design, implement, and continuously improve security programs, policies, and systems to protect personnel, property, and assets
• Develop proactive security strategies, mitigate theft and vandalism, and maintain relationships with law enforcement and community partners
• Conduct threat assessments, lead theft prevention initiatives, and coordinate incident response and investigations

This role creates positive change by protecting renewable energy infrastructure that powers a sustainable future, ensuring the security of solar and storage projects that reduce carbon emissions and promote clean energy adoption.

Required qualifications:

• 8–10+ years of progressive experience in corporate, field, or industrial security management
• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, Security Management, or related field
• Proven leadership managing multi-site security teams and/or contracted forces
• Experience collaborating with law enforcement and managing theft or criminal investigations
• Hands-on experience with video surveillance systems, access control, and incident reporting platforms
• Willingness to travel up to 30% to multiple states and project sites
