What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Join technical discussions with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide expert insights
- Design data collection tools for third-party monitoring, evaluation, and research projects across various sectors
- Develop qualitative and quantitative analysis frameworks to interpret findings and ensure methodological rigor
- Draft technical reports, develop training materials, and provide guidance to field teams while meeting project timelines

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- 6+ years of relevant sector experience in humanitarian, development, governance, or resilience sectors
- Advanced English proficiency (near-native) with strong writing and editing skills
- Relevant university degree in a related field
- Previous experience working with consultancies is highly desirable, along with research/assessment experience
