Sectoral Experts | Ektimisi Consultant Pool of Expert

Core responsibilities:

• Join technical discussions with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide expert insights
• Design data collection tools for third-party monitoring, evaluation, and research projects across various sectors
• Develop qualitative and quantitative analysis frameworks to interpret findings and ensure methodological rigor
• Draft technical reports, develop training materials, and provide guidance to field teams while meeting project timelines

This role creates positive change by providing expert technical support to humanitarian and development projects across the MENA region and Eastern Europe, helping organizations improve their monitoring, evaluation, and program implementation to better serve vulnerable communities.

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of relevant sector experience in humanitarian, development, governance, or resilience sectors
• Advanced English proficiency (near-native) with strong writing and editing skills
• Relevant university degree in a related field
• Previous experience working with consultancies is highly desirable, along with research/assessment experience

Compensation and working arrangements:

• Paid per completed deliverables based on estimation of daily rate (no fixed salary mentioned)
• Remote work with flexible hours
• Short-term, assignment-based consultancies with potential for field mission travel when required
