Mission
What you will drive
- Serve as a Scrum Master for one or multiple teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
- Act as an Agile Coach, mentoring Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members on Agile best practices.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress and delivery.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Extensive experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Lead in a scaled Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS) and Lean principles.
- Proven ability to mentor and coach teams and individuals on Agile practices.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
