Scrum Master

• Serve as a Scrum Master for one or multiple teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
• Act as an Agile Coach, mentoring Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members on Agile best practices.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress and delivery.

You will help clients achieve their goals and drive lasting, impactful change by leveraging transformative digital solutions and expertise, ultimately strengthening society and the natural world.

• Extensive experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Lead in a scaled Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS) and Lean principles.
• Proven ability to mentor and coach teams and individuals on Agile practices.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
