Scrum Master (JIRA & Confluence Administrator)

Overview: This position will function as a combined Scrum Master and JIRA/Confluence Administrator to establish Agile methodology with a team of about 15 developers and technical leads who are producing custom deliverables for clients within software implementation and optimization projects. 
Our client projects focus on the effective use of fundraising technology. This includes solution strategy, CRM system transformation and migration, software implementation, system customization, integration, and digital fundraising experience.  website build and optimization. 
The ideal candidate is a proactive facilitator who will use effective Scrum practices to support team collaboration, remove impediments, and promote continuous improvement. This leader will ensure that Jira and Confluence are optimized for Agile teams, scalable for growth, and aligned with business processes.

Salary range for this role is $82,500 to $115,000 per year, depending on experience.**
