Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives to support team collaboration and continuous improvement
- Administer and maintain Jira projects, workflows, fields, screens, issue types, permissions, and notifications to optimize Agile processes
- Coach team members on Agile values, principles, and practices while encouraging self-organization and accountability
- Identify and remove blockers to help the team deliver efficiently while escalating risks and dependencies to stakeholders

What makes you a great fit
Required skills and experience:
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Coordinator with demonstrated understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies
- 1–3 years of experience working with Jira or other similar tools such as Azure DevOps
- Demonstrated experience in the non-profit, higher education, or healthcare industries is strongly preferred
- Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly with advanced presentation and relationship management skills
