What you will drive
- Support planning, execution, and post-event follow-up for special events and promotional nights
- Assist with event timelines, run of show documents, and day-of logistics
- Collaborate on pre-marketing efforts, including shipping materials and coordinating communications with external partners
- Support inventory management for promotions and special events, including organization of on-site and off-site storage

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Current undergraduate or graduate student, or recent graduate within the past 24 months
- 1–2 years of experience supporting events, marketing activations, or live programming (professional, academic, or volunteer experience accepted)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage information, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
