Promotions and Special Events Intern

• Support planning, execution, and post-event follow-up for special events and promotional nights
• Assist with event timelines, run of show documents, and day-of logistics
• Collaborate on pre-marketing efforts, including shipping materials and coordinating communications with external partners
• Support inventory management for promotions and special events, including organization of on-site and off-site storage

This role contributes to delivering unforgettable fan experiences through gate giveaways, theme nights, and large-scale activations for an iconic sports franchise, helping create memorable moments for fans and community partners.

• Current undergraduate or graduate student, or recent graduate within the past 24 months
• 1–2 years of experience supporting events, marketing activations, or live programming (professional, academic, or volunteer experience accepted)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage information, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

This is a part-time internship position requiring approximately 30 hours per week from March through October, including nights, weekends, and all Giants home games. No salary or compensation details are mentioned in the posting.
