Salesforce Developer

• Design and implement enhancements, customizations and integrations within the Salesforce platform (Apex, Lightning Web Components etc).
• Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce functionalities: troubleshoot defects, perform root‑cause analysis, implement improvements for performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with other IT/system teams to integrate Salesforce with external systems through REST/SOAP APIs, middleware or ETL tools.
• Work with product owners, business stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, estimate work (user stories/tasks), and deliver features in an Agile/Scrum environment.

This role helps Redaptive modernize infrastructure for large companies, enabling energy and equipment upgrades that reduce environmental impact and create measurable sustainability benefits for customers, communities, and the planet.

• 5 plus years of experience working with Salesforce Development/Configuration.
• Hands‑on experience in Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC) / Aura Components, SOQL/SOSL, triggers and batch/asynchronous processes.
• Strong declarative Salesforce experience (Flows, validation rules, page layouts, etc).
• Salesforce Certifications such as Platform Developer I (required).
