Mission
What you will drive
As a Salesforce Developer at Omnidian, you will be a key contributor to our CRM ecosystem, building intelligent, event-driven solutions that power global operations. This is a hands-on role for a technical thinker who approaches Salesforce as a product, not just a system.
You will collaborate with our Senior Architect and a blended team of onshore and offshore developers, ensuring code quality, scalability, and architectural integrity. You’ll leverage AI tools to accelerate development, implement event-driven patterns, and support modern, intelligent workflows that integrate Salesforce with our internal systems.
What You'll Do
- Build scalable, maintainable solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud using Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations.
- Ensure code quality with best practices, bulkification, governor limit awareness, and high test coverage.
- Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards across distributed teams.
- Refactor legacy automations into modern, event-driven workflows.
- Implement and extend Agentforce and Einstein AI to enhance workflows with autonomous, intelligent actions.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Agentforce vibes etc.) to increase engineering velocity.
- Build AI-augmented automations and custom GPT-powered integrations bridging Salesforce and proprietary applications.
- Support Service Cloud Voice and Omni-Channel implementations.
- Build integrations using Platform Events, Pub/Sub API, and Salesforce Event Bus, following Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP).
- Ensure robust, decoupled, and scalable integrations between Salesforce and internal systems.
- Monitor and optimize performance, system health, and transaction volumes.
- Work with CI/CD tools like Copado or Gearset to deliver stable, predictable deployments across multiple environments.
- Maintain release quality and minimize technical debt in a fast-moving environment.
- Troubleshoot deployment issues and proactively contribute to pipeline improvements.
