Salesforce Developer

• Translate user stories into technical designs aligned with Salesforce best practices.
• Develop and configure Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools (Flows, validation rules, page layouts).
• Configure and manage AppExchange packages, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Execute deployments using defined CI/CD processes, including source-driven development and sandbox management.

This role supports ERM's mission of helping organizations navigate complex environmental, social, and governance (ESG) challenges by developing technical solutions that enable more effective sustainability consulting work.

• 3-5 years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud; familiarity with MCAE and Net Zero Cloud is a plus.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator required; Platform Developer I strongly preferred; App Builder or Advanced Admin desirable.
• Proficiency with deployment processes and tools (Salesforce DX, GitHub, Jira; CI/CD pipelines).
