Salesforce Consulting Partner - Request for Proposal

Core responsibilities for this Salesforce consulting partner role:

• Lead the implementation of a Salesforce Experience Cloud portal for Kiva's Climate Solutions Toolkit
• Configure partner authentication, access models, and user journeys within the Experience Cloud framework
• Integrate Climate Compass survey data from FormAssembly into Salesforce and connect with Tableau for data visualization
• Support pilot rollout, feedback collection, and provide documentation of architecture and customizations

This role will help Kiva build a Climate Solutions Toolkit portal that provides lending partners with tailored resources and tools to address climate challenges, ultimately supporting climate-focused lending initiatives and reducing manual data processing for more efficient impact measurement.

Required qualifications and experience:

• Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud implementations and partner-facing portals
• Experience with Salesforce data modeling, custom object configuration, and integration with FormAssembly and Tableau
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security best practices, role-based access, and scalable architecture
• Ability to collaborate closely with stakeholders, advise on best practices, and lead project planning
