Salesforce Architect

Core responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products
• Lead architectural design sessions and oversee development to ensure adherence to best practices and platform limits
• Partner with business analysts and stakeholders to define system requirements and technical specifications
• Guide development teams on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integration frameworks
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs, middleware, or event-driven architecture
• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and security guidelines
• Manage environment strategy, including sandboxes, CI/CD pipelines, and release management
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and propose solutions leveraging new features

This role creates positive change by designing scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and enable efficient operations.

Required skills and qualifications:

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including at least 2 years in an architect role
• Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Flow
• Proven experience with system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware like MuleSoft, etc.)
• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins) and version control (Git)
• Salesforce Architect certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA) preferred
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
