What you will drive

  • In this role, you'll deliver front-line support for Salesforce NPSP systems and improve user experience and data quality.
  • Provide timely troubleshooting, manage user permissions and onboarding, and escalate complex issues appropriately.
  • Maintain database integrity through quality monitoring, data uploads, error identification, and duplicate management.
  • Create training resources, documentation, dashboards and reports to enable effective user adoption.
  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement and technical debt reduction.
