What you will drive
Job Description
As a Sales Specialist in a Lucid Studio, your primary focus will be to guide customers on their journey with Lucid as a main point of contact from sales, transaction facilitation, and successful delivery. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless and personalized customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Needs assessment, product expertise, competitive landscape understanding, customer relationship building, CRM utilization, pipeline management, goal achievement, test drive facilitation, and exceptional sales experience delivery.
- Transaction Facilitation: Manage end-to-end transitions for order to delivery, support customers with financing/leasing applications, guide through ordering process, handle registration and payment facilitation, coordinate with financial service and delivery teams.
- Communication & Presentation: Use exceptional oral and written communication skills, maintain regular communication during waiting periods, employ active listening techniques.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 2+ years of relevant sales professional experience in commission-based environment, including building and managing a customer pipeline.
- Retail automotive sales and desking experience highly desired.
- Microsoft Office, CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), and retail business systems user experience.
- Bachelorโs degree or equivalent work experience preferred. High school or GED required.
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays in a retail environment.
- Proven track record of achieving individual sales goals.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Curiosity and passion about electric vehicles and the premium vehicle market.
- Must maintain a valid driverโs license and be able to obtain a DMV Salesperson License.

Compensation Range: Base Pay Range (hourly) $26โ$36 USD. Uncapped earnings with guaranteed base pay. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. Potential eligibility for equity program and discretionary annual incentive program.
