What you will drive
- Meet or exceed division's average selling prices in core product lines to maintain profitability levels
- Identify and communicate industry trends, territory activities, competitive activity, and customer requirements to ensure Chem-Trend can meet or exceed expectations
- Maintain excellent working relationships with customers through regular contact and provide excellent customer service
- Sell all assigned product lines to secure marketplace position and utilize purchase agreements to prevent competitive threats

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the chemical specialty field
- 5+ years of experience in value selling
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership or competitive function
