Sales Manager (Utility & Non-Utility)

• Develop and manage distributors, EPCs, Project Developers, Investors, Energy companies, IPPs, designers and other relevant companies in Bulgaria and further development in Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Moldova*, ensuring the growth of both direct and distribution partners
• Establish and maintain strong business relationships with utility and distribution partners, expanding the company’s sales coverage across the given markets
• Design, develop and implement the company’s sales plan in the region aligned with strategic objectives of Trina Solar
• Identify, establish, and manage multi-tiered relationships with key accounts, including utilities and distribution partners, to ensure long-term business partnerships

This role contributes to the expansion of solar energy solutions in Eastern Europe, promoting renewable energy adoption and reducing carbon emissions through increased access to clean energy technology.

• Minimum 4 years previous experience within a similar role in an international company
• Proven expertise in selling technical B2B products, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
