at Swiftly, Inc

🏢 About Swiftly, Inc

Swiftly is a mission-driven transit data platform that helps cities improve efficiency, ridership, and reduce emissions. With over 200 transit agencies across 12 countries as clients, including major metros like LA Metro and MBTA, Swiftly offers a unique opportunity to drive tangible impact in urban mobility.

About This Role

As Sales Manager, Enterprise, you'll lead and develop a team of Mid-Market/Enterprise Account Executives and BDRs, driving revenue growth in the transit sector. Your work will directly help cities optimize transit operations, making commuting better for millions.

💡 A Day in the Life

You'll start your day reviewing team pipelines and coaching calls with AEs and BDRs. Midday, you might join a deal review with a key prospect or a cross-functional meeting with product and marketing. Afternoons are for strategic planning, forecasting, and one-on-ones to develop your team's skills.

🎯 Who Swiftly, Inc Is Looking For

  • Proven experience managing a team of Enterprise or Mid-Market sales professionals, ideally in SaaS or data platforms.
  • Deep understanding of the transit industry or experience selling to government/public sector agencies.
  • Strong track record of coaching reps to exceed quotas and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Ability to work remotely and collaborate across time zones, with excellent communication skills.

📝 Tips for Applying to Swiftly, Inc

1

Highlight any experience selling to transit agencies or government entities; if lacking, emphasize your ability to navigate complex procurement cycles.

2

Quantify your team's performance improvements (e.g., 'Increased team quota attainment by 20% in 1 year').

3

Tailor your resume to showcase leadership of BDRs and AEs, not just individual sales achievements.

4

Mention familiarity with Swiftly's product by referencing specific case studies or transit trends (e.g., real-time data, on-time performance).

5

In your cover letter, connect your personal passion for urban sustainability to Swiftly's mission.

✉️ What to Emphasize in Your Cover Letter
