What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue and margin growth for Lead and Lithium batteries in the US market
  • Build, maintain, and grow relationships with existing national and strategic clients while prospecting new clients
  • Achieve profit targets through revenue growth, expense control, and margin management
  • Complete accurate reporting of key performance metrics and participate in CRM software leadership

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of proven B2B sales experience in batteries, energy storage, or electrical/industrial products
  • Knowledge of Lead-acid and Lithium battery technologies
  • Track record of new business development with experience selling to OEMs, national accounts, and distribution partners
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with ability to work independently
