What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Drive revenue and margin growth for Lead and Lithium batteries in the US market
- Build, maintain, and grow relationships with existing national and strategic clients while prospecting new clients
- Achieve profit targets through revenue growth, expense control, and margin management
- Complete accurate reporting of key performance metrics and participate in CRM software leadership

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- 7-10 years of proven B2B sales experience in batteries, energy storage, or electrical/industrial products
- Knowledge of Lead-acid and Lithium battery technologies
- Track record of new business development with experience selling to OEMs, national accounts, and distribution partners
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with ability to work independently
