What you will drive
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive market penetration
- Set individual revenue targets (quotas) and ensure profitable sales throughout the Area
- Maintain market awareness and stay in touch with market trends including economic, environmental, and competitive forces
- Ensure effective adherence to company policies, procedures, and sales process while driving functional sales initiatives

What makes you a great fit
- 8-10 years of direct business to business sales management experience
- Advanced knowledge of targeted territory and understanding of different sectors (Utilities, manufacturing, Building services and construction)
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills, strategist, and analytical abilities
- Bachelor's degree or relevant years of experience
